A Birthday Celebration

This month we celebrated a very special birthday. My youngest son has turned one! Who would have thought that time would go by so quickly and all of a sudden, we'd be at this moment! I found it hard to decide how to celebrate this special day, especially with such a variety of party supplies out there! It's not like it was a first birthday ever celebrated at our house, we do have two other children, but as any parent can attest, your child's first birthday is a special birthday indeed.

After thorough research, I have decided that what would represent my son best, would be something that we tend to call him all the time, thus we decided to go with a monkey theme...

All my party supplies were from Birthday Express. We also chose to use a local company for some kids entertainment. We rented a bouncy house from BounceRound Calgary. The birthday invitation was custom designed and can be ordered through our online gallery. All and all the party turned out great and fun was had by all. Another successful birthday for the books!
